MIDSIZE SUV——Dodge Journey
According to Consumer Reports, the three-row midsize Dodge Journey SUV is the lowest rated SUV of 2019. This is mainly because of its poor fuel economy and lacklustre performance during driving.
TWO-ROW MIDSIZE SUV—–Jeep Wrangler
Stay clear of the Jeep Wrangler if you are looking for a two-row mid-size SUV. Even though it has a very powerful offroad capability, it sits at the bottom of its class for poor fuel economy, uncomfortable interior and noisy ride.
LUXURY MIDSIZE SUV—– LandRover Discovery
Despite having a very high price tag, it doesn’t come with standard advanced safety gear such as blindspot monitoring. Also, it’s fuel economy is among the lowest in its class.
The Honda Odyssey is one car whose reliability keeps going down over the past few years. Right now it’s score is well below average. This is due to issues with its electronics and power equipment.
MIDSIZE HYBRID CAR——-Honda clarity
This is the worst and lowest ranking midsize car both in the saloon car category and in the hybrid saloon car category. Reliability score is way below average not to mention its confusing controls and unintuitive gear selection.
COMPACT CAR—–Fiat 500L
Sitting at the bottom of the compact car category, the Fiat 500L has a very stiff steering wheel, awkward driving position and has a very poor rating in the IIHS CRASH-TEST.
COMPACT LUXURY SEDAN—–Jaguar XE
Has the lowest overall score in the luxury compact car segment. With its lacklustre interior, and cramped rear seat.
COMPACT PICKUP—–Toyota Tacoma
Among the compact pickups, the Toyota Tacoma sits comfortably at the bottom of the class. It falls short in several categories in the Consumer Reports road tests including low acceleration and long braking distances.
PICKUP——- NISSAN TITAN XD
The Nissan Titan XD ranks lowest on the roster of lowest ranking pickups. With its below-average fuel economy and clumsy handling which leaves a lot to be desired.
